Frequently Asked Questions
Find quick answers about how our tools work, data accuracy, and site usage.
How do your date calculators handle Leap Years?
All of our date-based tools (like Days Until, Age Difference, and Event Duration) automatically account for leap years (e.g., 2024, 2028). The calculations are precise to the day, ensuring accuracy regardless of the starting or ending year.
Are your health and fitness calculators medically accurate?
Our health and fitness tools (like the Weight Loss Goal Calculator) are based on widely accepted scientific formulas (e.g., TDEE, BMR). **However, they are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.** Always consult with a doctor or certified nutritionist before starting any diet or fitness program.
Do you store any of the dates or personal information I enter?
No. All calculations are performed instantly on your device using client-side JavaScript. We do not store, track, or record any of the dates, times, weights, or other personal data you enter into our calculators.
How does the Sleep Time Calculator determine the best times?
The Sleep Time Calculator uses the natural sleep cycle theory, where one cycle lasts approximately 90 minutes. The tool calculates times that allow you to wake up at the *end* of a 90-minute cycle, minimizing grogginess. It also adds an average of 14 minutes for the time it takes to fall asleep.
